What We Offer

Six distinct experiences. Each one built around years of local knowledge and research.

Yorkshire Dales dramatic landscape

Dales Day Escape

£89.00 per person

Leave Leeds at 9am. Return by 6pm. In between: limestone pavements that look like broken marble, dry stone walls built without mortar, villages where the pub is the only business left standing.

This isn't a photography tour. We walk slowly. We talk about geology, land ownership, why the Brontës wrote what they did. You'll understand what "windswept moor" actually means.

Victorian Commerce Tour

£47.50 per person

Follow the money through Leeds city centre. See where wool made fortunes, where banks displayed power through architecture, where working men built their own social clubs.

The Corn Exchange alone deserves an hour. We'll spend it. You'll learn to read buildings like economic documents.

Pub Culture Deep Dive

£65.00 per person

This is not a pub crawl. We visit four carefully chosen pubs. We talk about licensing laws, temperance movements, how public houses shaped working-class politics.

You will drink. But you'll also understand why these spaces mattered, why they're disappearing, and what's lost when a community pub closes.

Waterway Networks

£52.50 per person

Leeds Leeds Canal. Aire Calder Navigation. Names that sound industrial because they were. These waterways moved coal, wool, iron—the physical stuff that built the industrial revolution.

We walk the towpaths, explain the engineering, show where canal meets river, point out the converted warehouses that now sell artisan coffee.

Manor Houses & Estates

£112.00 per person

We visit three estates. One is a museum. Two are still lived in. The difference tells you everything about class, inheritance, and what happens when old money runs out.

This is expensive because entry fees are steep and transport takes time. But if you want to understand how privilege shapes landscape, it's worth it.

Makers & Craft Workshops

£73.50 per person

Meet people who still make things by hand. A leather worker who learned from his grandfather. A letterpress printer using machines from the 1950s. A tailor who'll explain why good cloth costs what it does.

These aren't tourist demonstrations. They're working businesses. We've built relationships so you can see the real process.
