Booking terms

Enquiries and confirmations

Submitting a booking enquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. Tours are confirmed only after we verify availability and send written confirmation via email.

Payment

Payment details and terms are provided in your booking confirmation email. Full payment is typically required 7 days before your tour date.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made:

• 14+ days before tour: Full refund
• 7-13 days before tour: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, full refunds or alternative dates are offered.

Group size

Tour group sizes are capped as specified in each experience description. We do not overbook.

Participant responsibilities

Tour participants must:

• Arrive on time at specified meeting points
• Disclose any mobility limitations or health concerns that may affect participation
• Follow guide instructions regarding safety
• Behave respectfully towards guides, other participants, and locations visited

Liability

Bold Prairie operates with full public liability insurance. However:

• Participants join tours at their own risk
• We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage except where caused by our negligence
• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings
• We recommend personal travel insurance

Intellectual property
